In this "Fargard",
Ahura Mazda teaches
Zarathustra incantations, to strengthen the Healing activity of "the Waters":
all kinds of Water (fluids), working in the body, in plants, in living nature.
Also the
rising up of
vapors, caused by the warmth of the
Sun, and
raining
down of distilled water to be filtered by the
earth, (see picture above) after which the purification cycle has made it ready
for new use again : this does show us a parallel with the working of the fluids
in a living organism. This cycle, and its spiritual use by incantation
strengthening the healing suggestion, was already understood by Zarathustra
(after having been taught so by Ahura Mazda) and made use of by him, as a
spiritual teacher and healer ; this is what is actually related here !
[Ahura Mazda proclaims to Zarathustra the first part of the incantation of the Waters :]
I
"
Come on, come
on, O ![]()
Clouds ! from
above down on to the
Earth, by
thousands of
drops : by
myriads of
drops !”
II [And here Ahura Mazda explains to Zarathustra to use the incantations for strengthening healing suggestion :]
“That is
what you should
say,
O
Holy
Zarathustra
! to
destroy
sickness,
to
destroy
death, to
destroy the
sickness that
kills, to
destroy the
death that kills."
III [And Ahura Mazda teaches Zarathustra the remainder of the Water-incantation, describing (see picture above) the natural cycle of the Waters :]
"As the
Sea is the
gathering
place of the Waters,
rising up
and going down,
up the
aerial
way and
down
on to the
Earth, and
up again the
aerial way : thus
rise up and
roll
along !
you, for whose
rising
and
growing
Ahura Mazda
made
the
aerial
way.
IV
Up !
Rise
up and roll
along !
above
the Mountains, you, swift-steeded
Sun ! and
produce
Light for the
World, and the Holy
ASHA shall
keep away the
evil.
[Ahura Mazda continues, explaining the working of the waters for healing and health of the human body :]
V
Of
you, O Child
!
I will
cleanse the
birth and the
growth. Of you, O
![]()
Woman !
I will
make
the
body and
the strength pure ;
I will
make
you
rich in
children and
rich in
milk ;
rich in seed :
in
milk, in
marrow and
in ![]()
offspring.
VI
I shall
bring to
you, a
Thousand pure
Springs,
running toward the
Pastures that give
food to the
![]()
child.”
