I I do announce, and will complete, my Yasna to the Ahuras* of the Spiritual Creatures, and to the Fravashis of the Earthly Creatures ; to the Lords of those which live under the Waters, and to the Lords of those which are buoyed on the  wing. 

*Ahuras = Lords, Rulers ; those angels that rule a certain part of Creation.
