The Dutch & Belgian Open 2006 (Montalegre, Portugal) produced 4 valid tasks out of 6 days without any incidents.
After a good start (49 out of 67 pilots in goal) conditions weakened throughout the week but the very competent tasksetting-comittee produced some very nice tasks.
With a very close top 6 at the beginning of the last task the competition ended with a Belgian winner (Philippe Broers) and a Dutch runner up (Pascal van Dijk). Couldn't be much better for a Dutch & Belgian Open !!!
