Introduction
Emu_util is a small set of c-routines used in:
system16-linux
vgb-linux
my mastergear patch
These routines offer:
Well tested and proven speed-regulation under Unix, which was harder then it looks
Quick and dirty interface to joystick's under i386 Unixes, with auto-centering
Read readme.txt in the package for some more info, and take a look at the comments
in the header-file for the interface.
