I have written some extensions for Pegasus Mail which are available for download. If you are also interested in writing extensions
for Pegasus Mail you will need the "Extension Development Kit ". You can download the latest version (1997/02/11) following this link.
Plato
I
created an extension to the Pegasus Mail program called Plato. This
extension is capable of handling quotes; you can collect quotes,
organize them
in several files and create special Pegasus Mail files in order to use
them in
your email messages.
Currently
version
1.22
is
released
and
is
available
for
download.
Nada
This
will
be
my
next
extension
and
will
just
do
as
the
name says
"Nada". It is meant as a starting point for other people who are
interested in developing extensions for Pegasus Mail in Microsoft
Visual C(++).
I have not started it because I'm working on the specification for
another
extension. When I start with that Nada will become available for
download.

Achilles
This
will
be
my
next
extension,
as
already
mentioned
I'm
still
working
on
the specifications.
I
stopped the development for Achilles and started working on Athena.
Athena
I
have copied my complete Plato extension to Athena and started working
on it. I soon realized that if I want to incorporate beautiful software
from
other people I have to start using MFC. I finished Athena and now it's
being
used only by me as a very raw piece of software.
My aim is to finish Athena in April or May 2012, as it is nearly
finished and actually it has taken far too much time.
Hephaistos
For
the development of Hephaistos I completely started from scratch with
using MFC. I'm still working on it and I have nearly finished the basis
of this
extension. The basis can than be used as a template for other
extensions.
I
have some great ideas with Hepahaistos and will start after the summer
in 2012.
As
soon as one of the extensions becomes available for download I will
inform the Pegaus Mail forums.
